We currently offer domestic and limited international shipping.
Current turnaround time for orders is 14 business days. Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order status.
STALPH is not responsible to replace or refund stolen packages if packages have been marked as Delivered. If your package has not been delivered and has been deemed lost, please reach out via email for a resolution.
Tracking numbers are provided via email. Due to the overwhelming amount of packages moving through USPS, we have noticed a delay with tracking updates. Your patience with USPS is appreciated. Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order or shipping status. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.
We participate in carbon neutral shipping and strictly use post consumer recycled materials for printing, packaging, and shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our made-to-order model, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for understanding.
